Summer Fruit Minestrone
 
Ingredients :

1 Lt. of Watermelon juice, 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed limejuice, 1/2 bunch of fresh peppermint, 2 spoon of wild honey

 
Dressing Name :

Passion fruit sherbet

 
Dressing Direction :

  1. Mix ฝ lt. of the passion fruit pulp and ฝ cup of brown sugar dissolved in a bowl.
  2. When dissolved pour the mix in a sherbet machine.
  3. When the sherbet is frozen, scoop nice round ball and topped the summer fruit minestrone with it.

Serving Suggestion :

Wild honey could be a selection of fresh fruits and berries from the market (i.e. kiwi, apricot, peach, strawberries, raspberries etc.)
